Longtime friends and co-writers, Lori Lowe and Rachel Jones created Aging Beauty Productions LLC, an Independent film company whose mission is to create dimensional, juicy roles for women over 50. Together, they write, direct and produce all of their own features. Lori and Rachel cast and crew based on inclusion, diversity and upward mentoring. They believe that talent knows no geography, great talent is often unknown and women kick ass at all ages!

Lori Lowe, Director/Co-Writer grew up in NYC and was a child actor. Lori had her first professional acting job at 10 years old and directed her first Off-Broadway play at 22 at the Pearl Theatre. She has been a member of SAG.AFTRA for 40 years. Lori has coached many successful working actors and dedicates her practice not just to the craft of acting but in the emotional challenges that face-working actors today. Founder and Artistic Director of Mindfulactor.com. This is Ms. Lowe's first feature film.
Rachel Jones, Co-Writer/Actor has toured the US and Canada with the First National Tour of M.Butterfly and has worked in film (Fresh Horses, Dracula’s Widow). She is a founding member of Axial Theatre in Westchester county. With Axial, she has performed numerous roles most notably Irina Arkadina in Chekhov’s The Seagull, Lori in Adam Rapp’s Train Story and Dahlia in Howard Meyer’s Lost in Paradise. She is in her eighteenth year as a teaching artist for Howard Meyer Acting Program where she also is the director of student performance workshops. She recently directed Axial’s Main Stage spring production of Crimes of the Heart. She maintains a private practice coaching actors through her Brookfield, CT studio.
